A Healthy Energy Drink Has All These Nutrients

The Verve Healthy Energy drink really does have a lot of good stuff in it.  It takes 3 and a half large grocery bags full of fruit and vegetables, to be equivalent to what you get in a can of Verve drink. This is in addition to the energy component.   This is what you would need to eat to get the same nutrients as one can of Verve energy drink has:

About 2.66 oranges to equal the amount of  Vitamin C in Verve.
About 3.09 stalks of broccoli to equal the amount of Iron.
About 19.76 medium bananas to equal the amount of Riboflavin.
About 9.6 avocados to equal the amount of Vitamin E.
About 1.78 cups of spinach to equal the amount of Vitamin A.
You would require about 55.55 eggs to get the same amount of Vitamin D.
About 3.88 cups of peas to get the same amount of Thiamin.
You would need to eat about 17.89 oz. of cherries to get the same ORAC value.
About 62.5 oz of cheddar cheese to have the same amount of Vitamin B-12,
You would require 5.14 large potatoes to get the same Niacin.
You would need to eat about 61.54 cups of tomatoes to have the same Folate.
You would need to eat 2.46 large watermelons to get the same amount of Vitamin B-6,
And, you would need 37.17 medium mushrooms to receive the same amount of Pantothenic Acid

It would be interesting to find out how many people actually eat that many fruit and vegetables in one day.  Drinking a can of Verve Energy drink would be a lot easier.  Don’t forget you would still need to eat some nutritious food as well though!
